All panel joints are sealed with a natural colour mastic.

Exterior finish in either hard wearing and maintenance free standard multi colored Canterbury Spa or as an alternative a Limestone finish. White spa finish available at extra cost.

Plain cement panels can be supplied, where stone or brick cladding is to be fixed by others.

Henderson up and over doors is supplied in galvanized steel with a primer coated finish in white

Roofs are covered with corrugated cement fibre roof sheets fixed to purpose made steel trusses. The roofs on double width garages are centrally supported by a steel RSJ on steel stanchion or central dividing wall which increases the overall width of garages by 3".

Extra height garages are available for manufacture.

ACCESS

The price quoted for your garage is on the understanding that the delivery vehicle can get to within 30 metres of the erection position.

Please make sure that the approach to your delivery address does not restrict access to Heavy Goods Vehicles.

Also access to the base must be solid and smooth to prevent injury to the erectors or damage to the concrete sections.
